As ProCare Health matured, it became clear that growth could no longer be driven by optimization alone. The brand needed to evolve — not just visually, but strategically — to support a more diverse customer base, a growing catalog, and long-term retention goals.

The opportunity was to lead a brand evolution that strengthened clarity, consistency, and trust across ecommerce and lifecycle experiences, while continuing to deliver measurable growth under real-world budget and regulatory constraints.

I was responsible for stewarding the ProCare Health brand through a period of evolution, ensuring that positioning, messaging, and digital experiences stayed aligned as the business scaled. This meant balancing long-term brand integrity with near-term growth priorities, while coordinating across teams to maintain clarity and consistency at every stage of the customer journey.
